Paul Baumann is one of the founding members of Baumann Moreau, a Florida-based business and consulting firm with an international client base. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, an Accredited Business Valuator, and Certified in Financial Forensics with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant and an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. Paul is a faculty member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers, and the International Institute of Business Valuers. For over 20 years, Paul has been recognized throughout the world as an expert in the field of business valuation.
Paul is a senior instructor for the American Society of Appraisers, and teaches all of the courses required for designation. Paul has frequently written curriculum and provided instruction for some of the largest accounting firms in the world such as Ernst & Young, LLP in Moscow and Deloitte in New York, as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (Advanced International Cost of Capital). Paul has developed curriculum for advanced valuation theory for some of the most recognized universities including Tsinghua University and Xiamen University.
