Laura is a member of both the Business Tax Services and Strategic Advisory Growth practices at Windham Brannon. She leads the Firm’s fast-growing Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics segment, in which she specializes in delivering a consultative approach to companies ranging from large public companies to family-owned private businesses. Since 2008, Laura has focused on advising clients related to M&A activities and complex restructuring transactions, including analysis of carve-out financials, tax due diligence and quality of earnings studies. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Georgia State University, where she received her BBA in Finance and Accounting. She founded the University’s first Portfolio Management Competition Team, and served as the inaugural president of the Finance Society.
Laura is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). She has served on the GSCPA Professional Ethics Committee since 2012 and was recently appointed to Chair of the committee.
